We will arrange an activity for Friday. This will depend on which day folks want to come in (Thursday or Friday, your choice). We can do day activities if y'all get in Thursday. Or we can do airport pickups (AND BIG HUGS) on Friday-day & and do a dinner. You have a vote!
Watch this space and we'll announce more as we get it sorted. So far we're considering the below - let us know if anything sounds particularly fun (or awful!).
- Charter bus to Peggy's Cove to see the lighthouse and have lunch
- Halifax waterfront
- City tour via bus
- Catching a show
- Dinner as a group

One of Kait's besties, Sarah, simply won't rest without some sort of Bachelorette party (and Kait loves it) so something of this sort will indeed be happening Friday night. :) Joel will "find a bar with the boys" (quote).
SATURDAY AUGUST 24, TIME TBD (Afternoon/Evening)

We're delighted to extend an invitation to our intimate marriage ceremony. Reception to follow. Events will be held indoors.
We will be live streaming our event as well for our loved ones who aren't able to join in person. A link to join will be added closer to the occasion.
Dress code: Chic casual.
But... what does that mean?
Denim shorts? Nah. Stretchy yoga "work pants" and a top you like? Sure. Ridiculous party dress you haven't had a chance to wear? Bring it on.
Mostly we're just happy to have you present & want you to feel comfortable.
Colors: Cream, lots of fresh greenery, and purples. (I prefer cool toned & vibrant purples.) (That's the most Kait statement in this entire site, non?)

We appreciate our loved ones coming so far for such a short (but significant!) event! We will be sure to have a brunch or some other occasion to bid those who are leaving a thank you & safe travels! (Fair warning we might feed you pastries on paper plates and ask for help cleaning the Airbnb.)
